Who We Are.

Sarah joined Alpha Logic shortly after earning her bachelor’s degree in ESP and Business English from Central South University in Changsha, Hunan Province, China. She has held various positions within Alpha Logic for over 15 years. As General Manager of Alpha Logic Asia Pacific, Sarah manages the company's key operational and administrative activities in China and Malaysia, ensuring that business functions are coordinated and aligned with the company's strategic goals and that all activities comply with clients' requirements and the company's commitments. In 2024, Sarah joined GML as Head of Operations Asia, assuming responsibility for operations, production planning and control, inventory, and supply chain management.

Daniela has over 20 years of experience in tax structuring, procedures, and compliance, as well as in managing accounting and HR administration. She has a strong track record of advising corporations and individuals on Swiss and international taxation. Daniela holds a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Zurich and is a certified Swiss tax expert. She joined GML in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, assuming responsibility for all financial and HR-related matters.

With over 25 years of experience in senior management positions at technology and consumer electronics manufacturing companies, Michal brings to GML extensive expertise in industrial engineering, project management, business analytics, manufacturing, strategic partnerships, sales, customer relations, and financial and business management. Michal has led large-scale, global, multifunctional groups and companies in the electronics manufacturing sector. In addition to serving as GML's COO, she serves as General Manager of I.O. Logic Systems.

Michal holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Recanati School of Business Administration. She has also graduated from the Directors and Senior Executives Program at Lahav Executive Education Institute at Tel Aviv University.

With 20 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, Romain brings to GML’s leadership team extensive expertise in navigating complex industry landscapes. He holds a master’s degree in Engineering from the Engineering School of Montbéliard and a master’s degree in Industrial Strategic Marketing from the International Technological Business School of Belfort. Romain combines technical proficiency with a strategic business mindset. His approach focuses on driving sustainable business expansion through cross-functional collaboration and positioning organizations for long-term growth and competitive advantage. Romain is adept at identifying new business opportunities and building strong, collaborative partnerships, and he leverages these expertise in his role as Strategic Partners Executive.

Tiger brings to GML’s leadership team over 20 years of experience across all phases of electronic product design and manufacturing, from design to mass production, including prototyping, production tooling and fixtures, assembly line management, testers, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes. In 2004, Tiger joined the PSA Group and held various positions within PSA Engineering, most recently serving as Senior Electronics Engineer. Tiger holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Operations from the Dongguan Institute of Technology. In 2016, Tiger joined Alpha Logic as Chief Engineer, and in 2024, he joined GML as Head of Engineering and Technology in Asia, assuming responsibility for all aspects of product design, development, and NPI.
